New versions of the following documents were published on April 18, 2019:
- Lottery Licensing Policy Manual (LLPM) (4360)
- Registrar’s Standards for Financial Management and Administration for Bingo Halls where Proceeds are Pooled (4242)—renamed as “Financial Management and Administration of Pooling Bingo Halls Terms and Conditions”
- Registrar’s Standards: Financial Management and Administration where Proceeds Are Not Pooled (4244)—renamed as “Financial Management and Administration of Non-Pooling Bingo Halls Terms and Conditions”
- Bazaar Licence Terms and Conditions (3010)
- Raffle Licence Terms and Conditions (6004A)
- Application to Manage and Conduct a Raffle Lottery (6004B)
The revised documents incorporate changes previously announced in Info Bulletins 86, 89 and 90. Also, as part of ongoing efforts to relieve administrative burden, the LLPM is now shorter and easier to use thanks to terminology changes for consistency.
Please also note the following changes:
- Municipalities are no longer required to submit quarterly reports to the AGCO
- Licensees no longer need to submit bingo cards with financial reports
- Info Bulletin 61 has been revoked. It is superseded by Info Bulletin 86
- Electronic Raffle Operational Terms and Conditions (6049) replaces Electronic 50/50 Raffle Operational Terms and Conditions.
