If you have a dispute about your right to a prize or portion of an Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) lottery prize over $10,000, you may apply to have the dispute resolved through arbitration at the AGCO. Alternately, you can start a proceeding in the Ontario courts.
For more information on the general, procedural and administrative matters that apply to the arbitration of a lottery dispute, please review the Rules of Procedure for Arbitration of Lottery Disputes. Costs of the arbitration are the responsibility of the participants.
