A Freedom of Information request is an official written request for information from an organization covered by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). Under FIPPA, a Freedom of Information request must be in writing and must provide sufficient detail to identify the information.

An application fee of $5.00 payable to the Minister of Finance is required at the time you submit your request. Please note that in order to fulfill the FOI request additional fees may also apply, such as processing fees for the time required to search for and prepare the records.

You may submit a Freedom of Information request for AGCO records online or by mail. Please be advised that requests are not accepted via e-mail.
