Open data and disclosure

The AGCO posts the data it creates, collects and manages so that the public can access it. Find out more about the data that's open to the public.

Overview

The Ontario government wants to be open and transparent. It has created a directive that says provincial agencies, like the AGCO, must post the data they create, collect and/or manage so the public can access it.

The AGCO lists all our data sets. We note whether a data set is:

  • Currently open
  • In the process of being opened
  • Exempt from being released as open data for a number of reasons (legal, security, privacy, confidentiality or commercially sensitive)

For datasets that say they will be made open, some data elements may be removed if they fall under applicable exemptions.
