<p>When liquor purchased under an auction permit is delivered to the successful bidder, the Permit Holder shall record the following&nbsp;information:</p>

<ol type="i">
<li>The name and address of the successful&nbsp;bidder.</li>
<li>The date on which the liquor was purchased, and the date on which it is to be&nbsp;delivered.</li>
<li>The address where the liquor is to be&nbsp;delivered.</li>
<li>The method of delivery, including the licence number of the liquor delivery licensee if&nbsp;applicable.</li>
</ol>

<p>If using a carrier, the Permit Holder must ensure that the carrier obtains a receipt for the liquor signed by the recipient or by another individual before leaving the liquor with the&nbsp;recipient.</p>

<p>The Permit Holder shall retain the records required by this Standard for at least one year from the date the liquor is&nbsp;delivered.</p>
