The AGCO has established strict rules that regulated internet gaming companies must follow, including rules about how individual Operators of gaming sites advertise, market and communicate about their activities in Ontario. This oversight does not include managing the frequency or volumes of advertisements in Ontario's advertising space.

While the AGCO cannot help resolve your complaint about this activity, you may wish to try the following steps to resolve your concerns:
