General questions about your account


How do I create an iAGCO account?

  1. Go to the iAGCO login page.
  2. Under “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” click on the “creating an iAGCO account” link. This will take you to the “Register an account” page.  
  3. Complete the information boxes on the “Register an account” page.
  4. Check the box for “I’m not a robot” under SECURITY VERIFICATION.
  5. Click the “Finish Registration” button at the bottom.
  6. Look for the iAGCO “Registration Activation” email. (Please check your junk folder if you don’t receive an email in a timely manner).
  7. Click on the link in the email to activate your iAGCO account. You’ll need to input your password for a second time.  

We recommend that you activate your account from a desktop or laptop computer rather than from a mobile device. If you have issues registering for your iAGCO account online, please contact Customer Service.  

Can I change the login or email on my iAGCO account?

No. You’ll need to create a new account using a different email address. You can then link your account to your licences by using your online access code.  

How do I get an access code?

  1. Contact Customer Service.  
  2. We will authenticate that you are the appropriate person to receive the access code. 
  3. We will provide it over the telephone. 

After you’ve received the access code, you’ll need to add it to the “My Profile” section of your iAGCO account. 

I didn’t receive the “finish registration” email when setting up my iAGCO account. What do I do?

Check your junk or spam folder in your email. If it’s not there, you’ll need to set up the account again.  

How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to the iAGCO login page.
  2. Under “Account Login”, click on “Forgot password?”. Enter the email you used to set up your account.
  3. You’ll receive an email with a link to “Reset Password”. Enter and confirm your new password. Make sure your password is at least 8 characters long and contains at least one number, one uppercase letter or a special character (e.g., !@#$%&*). 

How do I update the information on my profile?

  1. Log in to your iAGCO account.
  2. To update your telephone and birth date information:
  3. Click on “My Profile” in the menu bar at the top of the page.  
  4. Change the information in the fields under MY INFORMATION.
  5. Click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
  6. To update your address:  
  7. Under EXISTING LICENCES/PERMITS/AUTHORIZATIONS/REGISTRATIONS select “Request a Change”.
  8. Click “select your licence #”, follow the prompts and then explain the changes you would like to see.  

*Note: You can’t update your email address. If you require an access code, contact AGCO Customer Service

How do I add a person from our iAGCO profile?

You’ll need to be an existing and named officer, shareholder and/or director of the business associated with the licence.

  1. Provide the person with your access code. If you do not have an access code, please contact us.
  2. Have the person enter the code when creating their iAGCO account. This will link your licence to the new user’s account.
  3. If the account has already been created, they can add the access code under My profile. 

How do I remove a person from our iAGCO profile?

You’ll need to be an existing and named officer, shareholder and/ or director of the business associated with the licence. Please submit an inquiry.  

How do I close/delete my online account?

Unfortunately, users can’t delete their account through the iAGCO portal. Please submit an inquiry.  

What kind of payment options are there?

All payments under $30,000 must be made by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. 

Payments of $30,000 or more must be made by money wire transfer or electronic funds transfer. Please note that cheques and cash are not accepted as forms of payment when using iAGCO online services.

Questions for alcohol-related licences


How do I apply for a new liquor licence?

  1. Go to the iAGCO login page and log in to your account.
  2. Under NEW APPLICATIONS, click on “Start a New Application” and then “Liquor Licences”.
  3. Fill out the steps in the application. Select the type of application you wish to apply for. Click “Next” at the bottom of the page.
  4. Under ENTER NEW APPLICANT INFORMATION, select a type (Association, Corporation, First Nations, Partnership, Sole Proprietorship, etc.).
  5. Complete the information fields under ENTER NEW APPLICANT INFORMATION, CONTACT INFORMATION, MAILING ADDRESS, PHYSICAL ADDRESS (if different from mailing address) and BUSINESS ADDRESS (if different from mailing address). Click “Next” at the bottom of the page.
  6. Under DISCLOSURE OF ASSOCIATED INDIVIDUALS AND ENTITIES, click on the “Add” button to add individuals or entities that will have direct or indirect interest in the business. A link will be sent via email to the associated individuals for them to complete a disclosure request. Complete the information fields provided.  
  7. Click “Save & Close”.
  8. Add all relevant individuals and/or entities. Click the “Send Disclosure” button to proceed. Click on “Next”.  
  9. Complete the information fields under PREMISES INFORMATION, PHYSICAL ADDRESS, MAILING ADDRESS, CONTACT INFORMATION FOR PREMISES.
  10. Under DISCLOSURE OF PREMISES MANAGERS, click on the “Add” button. Complete the information fields provided and follow the prompts.
  11. Under PROPOSED LICENSED AREAS, complete the information fields. Click on “Next”. Select “Yes” or “No” for each of the questions provided. You’ll be required to attest to your tax verification status (see details in the application support).Click on “Next” at the bottom of the page.
  12. Review the list of documents on the page. Under UPLOADED DOCUMENTS, click on “upload file”. Click on “Browse” to search for files on your computer related to the “required documents” you must provide. Select “upload”. Repeat this step to upload all identified “required documents”. Click on “Next”.
  13. Select the length of term for which you would like the licence. Click “Next”.
  14. Review and fix any errors in your application (if any). Click “Next”.
  15. On the FEES page, check the box declaring that the information you have provided in the application is correct and that you are aware that the application fees are non-refundable. Click “Pay Fees & Submit Application”.
  16. On the Government of Ontario Order Summary page that appears, select your payment method. When you are done, select “Make Payment”.
  17. Your payment confirmation will appear. Print your payment confirmation by selecting “Print” at the top right of the page.
  18. Click “Complete Payment Process”. You must click on this button to complete your application. 

How do I renew my liquor licence?

  1. Go to the iAGCO login page and log in to your account
  2. On the MAIN MENU, under MY APPROVED LICENCES/PERMITS/AUTHORIZATIONS, you should see your liquor licence. On the right side, click on “Renew”. The “Renew” button will become available 60 days prior to the expiry date of your liquor sales licence.
  3. Review the information on the page. Click “Next”.
  4. Review the DISCLOSURE OF ASSOCIATED INDIVIDUALS AND ENTITIES. If you want to add a new individual or entity, press “Add” and follow the instructions in the pop-up window. When you have finished adding individuals or entities, click “Send Disclosure Requests”. All disclosure requests must be completed before we can renew your licence. Click “Next”.
  5. Review, if any EXISTING PREMISES MANAGERS information. If there are no changes, click “Next”. If you need to remove a listed premises manager, please request the change in the text box on the page. To add a new manager, click on “Add” and follow the instructions in the pop-up window. When you have finished adding the individual(s), click “Next”.
  6. Select “Yes” or “No” for each of the questions provided. You’ll be required to attest to your tax verification status (see details in the application support). Click on “Next” at the bottom of the page.
  7. Review the list of documents on the page. Under UPLOADED DOCUMENTS, click on “upload file”. Click on “Browse” to search for files on your computer related to the “required documents” you must provide. Select “upload”. Repeat this step to upload all identified “required documents”. Click on “Next”.

Note: If the AGCO doesn’t receive your renewal application before your liquor licence’s expiry date, your licence will expire. Expired licences can’t be renewed. You’ll have to submit an application for a new liquor sales licence. You can’t sell or serve alcohol under an expired licence.  

How do I transfer my liquor licence?

  1. Go to the iAGCO login page.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Under EXISTING LICENCES/PERMITS/AUTHORIZATIONS/REGISTRATIONS select “Start a Transfer Application”.
  4. On the “Start a Transfer Application” page, click on the link that reflects the type of transfer you would like to do.
  5. Enter the licence number of the previous owner, and select the transfer type required. Include ‘LSL’ before the number.  
  6. Enter the new applicant information on the following page and proceed to the disclosure page.  

How do I link my liquor licence to my iAGCO account?

To link your licence to your online account, you’ll need an access code. You’ll need to be an existing and named officer, shareholder and/ or director of the business associated with the licence.

  1. Contact Customer Service.  
  2. We will authenticate that you are the appropriate person to receive the access code.  We will provide it over the telephone. 
  3. Add the access code to the “My Profile” section of your iAGCO account.
