Manage a gaming assistant registration

Learn how to manage your gaming assistant registration.

Renew your registration

The AGCO will remind you by email or mail 60 days before your registration expires. You must apply to renew your registration and submit the right fee (if this applies to you) before this expiry date. You can apply to renew your registration online through the iAGCO portal

To renew your registration:

  • Log in to iAGCO.
  • Start the first renewal by clicking on the Renew button beside your registration under the My Approved Licences/ Permits/Authorizations, Registrations section on the main menu page.
  • Go through all the screens and answer all the questions.
  • Upload the documents asked for, including the personal history – gaming form.
  • Pay the fee (if it applies to you).

If the AGCO receives your application and fee(s) by the expiry date, we’ll send you confirmation of your renewal. This will allow you to operate until you receive your renewed registration.

If the AGCO doesn’t receive your renewal application by the expiry date on your registration, your registration will expire.

Just remember, it's up to you to make sure your registration doesn't expire.

Make changes to your registration

If anything changes with your registration, like a change in category (from category 1 to category 2), position, gaming site, employer, name or address, you must tell the AGCO. You can make these changes through the iAGCO portal.

Name change

You must update your information on iAGCO if your name changes. You'll need to show proof of the name change and pay a fee for a new registration certificate.

Address change

If your address changes (home, work, or mailing), you need to update your information on iAGCO within five days. Make sure you include your new street address, city, postal code, and phone number. Having a P.O. box number or a rural route number isn't enough.

Cancel your registration

If you want to cancel your registration, you must ask the Registrar on iAGCO. It will be cancelled the day they get your request.

For operators: termination of a registered employee

A casino operator must notify the AGCO when an employee’s job is terminated. See the notification matrix for details.
