<p>The Licensee shall make and retain for a period of at least two years, a daily record indicating the amount of wine or beer manufactured for sale and the amount sold on the premises to which the licence&nbsp;applies.</p>

<p>The record shall include wine or beer manufactured by the Licensee that is sold for takeout or delivery in accordance with Regulation <a href="https://www.ontario.ca/laws/statute/19l15b">746/21</a>.</p>
