<p>In the case of an order placed with a liquor delivery licensee for delivery of liquor, the liquor sales licensee or holder of a by-the-glass endorsement must obtain a copy of the order received by the liquor delivery&nbsp;licensee.</p>

<p>The Licensee shall retain the records required by this Standard for one year from the date the liquor is removed from the licensed&nbsp;premises.</p>
