<p>In the case of an order placed with a liquor sales licensee or a by-the-glass endorsement holder for delivery of liquor from a liquor sales licensee or holder of a by-the-glass endorsement, the liquor delivery licensee must retain a copy of the order together with a confirmation of the&nbsp;delivery.</p>

<p>The Licensee shall retain the records required by this Standard for at least one year from the date the liquor is&nbsp;delivered.</p>
