<p>The Licensee shall&nbsp;not:</p>

<ol type="a">
<li>promote an event at which the Licensee is offering liquor for sale in accordance with the endorsement;&nbsp;or</li>
<li>invite persons to attend such an&nbsp;event.</li>
</ol>
