INFORMATION BULLETIN No. 11

July 7, 2016 – In the Spring of 2016, the Registrar received for consideration proposed rule changes to the Thoroughbred Rules of Racing as they relate to uncoupling of entries in
overnight races.

On May 6, 2016, a bulletin was posted inviting public and industry comments with respect to the changes. There was found to be favorable support from industry and horse racing customers.
