March 19, 2020
During this extraordinary and challenging time, the AGCO will continue its activities and services as long as the sectors we regulate remain operative. We are very aware and empathetic to the toll of this pandemic on affected businesses, individuals and families. We are making every effort to support our customers by continuing to deliver priority services, while making sure not to pose a risk to the health and safety of the public and our employees. We continue to work closely with and support the provincial government with its greater public health objectives and, as such, some of our processes may require adjustment according to direction we receive.
Most licences, registrations, permits and authorizations may be applied for or renewed online. iAGCO online services are available 24/7 at www.agco.ca/iagco. Please see the AGCO’s announcement about the automatic extension of active licences, registrations, permits and authorizations.
In addition, you can access our live customer support by phone Monday to Friday,
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., by calling 416-326-8700 or 1-800-522-2876 (toll-free in Ontario).
As a result of public health advice provided by the Government of Ontario, the AGCO has temporarily closed all of its in-person customer service desks. This includes the AGCO Customer Service Desk and all AGCO regional offices including licensing offices at Ontario Racetracks.
