Information Bulletin No. 6
May 11, 2016 – Woodbine Entertainment Group is requesting approval for amendments of the race date schedules at Mohawk and Woodbine Racetracks (Mohawk and Woodbine).
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) is circulating this application for amendments to the approved race date schedules and will receive comments on the application from interested industry participants before making its decision on the application. Copies of the application and business case to support these changes are included with this Bulletin.
The AGCO approves racetracks’ live and simulcast dates. Amendments or variances to the approved schedule of dates and post times are made by application to the Registrar. A post time change of more than 30 minutes must be approved by the AGCO.
