When is it time to contact the AGCO?

The AGCO does not resolve or make decisions on disputes regarding gambling-related transactions and has no legal relationship with unregulated igaming Operators. You may still pursue your dispute directly with your Operator, if you have not already done so, by submitting a formal complaint with their customer service department, if one is available. If you have already submitted a formal complaint and have not received a response or you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may contact the Operator again.

The AGCO is only able to assist players with disputes related to regulated sites. If you are playing on an unregulated site, you are putting yourself at risk and should consider switching.

The AGCO recommends that players in Ontario only play on sites offered by Operators that are registered and authorized in the province and have met Ontario's high standards for game integrity and player protections.
