The convenience store licensee shall ensure that any person involved in the sale, delivery, taking orders for the sale, of liquor holds a valid certificate demonstrating the successful completion of a training course approved by the AGCO Board.
The only training program currently approved by the AGCO Board is Smart Serve, which is available on the Smart Serve® website. For more information about the Smart Serve® Training Program, please contact Smart Serve® Ontario.
