If you have a dispute about your right to a prize or portion of an Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) lottery prize over $10,000, you may apply to have the dispute resolved through arbitration at the AGCO. Alternately, you can start a proceeding in the Ontario courts.
For more information on the general, procedural and administrative matters that apply to the arbitration of a lottery dispute, please review the Rules of Procedure for Arbitration of Lottery Disputes. Costs of the arbitration are the responsibility of the participants.
Please ensure ALL required questions are completed. Incomplete, improperly completed or unsigned applications will be returned to applicant.
Do not email application forms.
