iAGCO is a web-based portal through which people can access the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario’s online services. iAGCO improves and modernizes the AGCO’s service delivery by offering its customers an easy, convenient and digital way of doing business with the Commission.
Online services are being rolled out in phases. The first phase was implemented on May 29, 2017, the second on January 29, 2018 and the remaining phases will be implemented by the end of 2019.
When fully implemented, all those who are regulated by the AGCO will be able to apply for and manage their licences, permits, authorizations and registrations anytime, from anywhere, through the iAGCO portal. This includes applications, renewals and modifications to liquor licences, as well as lottery, gaming and horse racing-related licences and registrations. Through their iAGCO account, customers are able to manage their applications and view the status of their files electronically.
To access iAGCO, click the “iAGCO Online Services” button at the top of the page.
To access services from the iAGCO portal, you must first create an account and login. This feature can be found on the top of the iAGCO portal.
