Brewers Retail Inc. must obtain written AGCO approval before opening a new Beer Store. This application and supporting documents must be received at least 90 days prior to the date of the new store opening.

Applicants must provide:

• The date the new store is opening;
• The physical address of the new store;
• A map showing the new location and other Brewers Retail Inc. stores in the community, as well as any nearby schools and churches;
• A completed Municipal Information for a Retail Store Authorization form;
• Any additional (supplementary) documents which could help in the review process.
