Thoroughbred — Chapter 26: Director

26.01 The Director is the representative of the Registrar on the grounds of an Association when it is conducting a race meeting and he/she shall:
- In the performance of his/her duties, have unrestricted access to all buildings, stables, rooms and all other places within the grounds of any Association;
- Issue orders in the name of the Registrar, effective unless and until countermanded by the Registrar;
- Attend Thoroughbred Racing Meetings licensed by the Commission;
- Make such reports to the Registrar as he/she may see fit and supervise, in the performance of their duties, all Commission and Association officials and employees.
