In order to operate a gaming site in Ontario, which includes the OLG’s internet gaming platform, you must be registered with the AGCO.
Registration Fees
The registration fee for an Operator of an internet gaming site is $100,000 per site per year.

Application Process
All lottery and gaming registration applications must be completed online through the iAGCO portal. To apply for or renew your registration, please visit the portal, create an account and follow the steps as directed.
