In order to sell break open tickets on behalf of a licensed charitable or religious organization, you must be registered with the AGCO.

Sale of Lottery Tickets and Break Open Tickets

A Seller is permitted to sell break open tickets on behalf of a licensed charitable or religious organization at one or more locations.  

A Seller is also permitted to sell lottery products on behalf of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). If you wish to sell lottery products and you are already registered as a Seller, please submit a written request to the AGCO to add lottery products to your registration, or check the appropriate box on the Application for Registration as a Seller the next time you renew your registration. Keep in mind, applicants wishing to sell lottery products on behalf of the OLG must have a valid OLG Retailer Agreement in place. For more information about the OLG, please call 1-800-387-0098.

There are no registration fees in order to be registered as a Seller.
