If there is a Canada Post service disruption and you need to send documentation to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), you have several options:

  1. Use iAGCO, the AGCO’s online service delivery portal: by creating an iAGCO account, you will be able to apply for and manage your alcohol-related licences, authorizations and permits issued by the AGCO. You can submit an objection to a current liquor sales licence application. You can also use iAGCO to submit a complaint related to the AGCO or an entity we regulate. You do not need an account to use these features.
  2. Submit your application forms and supporting documentation (including a credit card authorization form) by faxing your documentation to AGCO’s Head Office at: 416-326-5555 or 416-326-8711. Email is also acceptable for any application that does not require an accompanying fee. Send it to customer.service@agco.ca.
  3. You can hand deliver or courier your original documents and any required payments to our Head Office Customer Service desk at 90 Sheppard Avenue East, 2nd Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M2N 0A4.
  4. If none of the above alternatives are possible, you can bring your documentation to one of our Regional Offices listed below. Credit card payments can be accepted with a completed credit card authorization form which can be submitted by fax. Please note that AGCO Regional Offices can accept payment by cash, cheque or using a credit card authorization form.

IMPORTANT:

No liquor or gaming licences or registrations will be deemed to have lapsed because a licensee or registrant is unable to get their documentation to the AGCO, or has not received their licence or registration renewal before the old one expires. However, if your licence or registration is due to expire, please contact the AGCO as quickly as possible.  Horse racing licensees can still renew their licences at any racetrack.

If you have any questions, please contact the AGCO Customer Service Department at
416-326-8700 (in the GTA) or 1-800-522-2876 (toll free in Ontario).
