The Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019 states no person shall advertise liquor except in accordance with the regulations and the standards and requirements established by the Registrar. It is the responsibility of the licensee to ensure that advertising carrying its business or brand name, or endorsed by it, falls within the parameters set out in the regulation and in the Registrar’s Interim Standards and Requirements for Liquor.
